Our team of experts is committed to delivering exceptional results, and we're seeking a talented individual to join our ranks. **Work Environment** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States (except California), with the option to sit in any state. arenaflex provides all the necessary equipment to ensure your success, and you'll have access to our state-of-the-art technology and tools. **Job Summary** As a Patient Identity Expert, you'll be responsible for: * Collecting designated information from hospital applications that affect merge planning and downstream tasks * Performing merges of duplicate medical record numbers in designated applications, following a standard procedure * Completing demographic updates to patient records as needed during the electronic merge processing * Creating spreadsheets for medical record or radiology jacket retrieval purposes * Maintaining accuracy of 97% or higher on Merge Planning QA and 95% or higher on Electronic Verification QA **Additional Job Details** * This data entry type role requires all work to be completed online while meeting quality and productivity standards * You'll need to be a detail-oriented and efficient team member, able to work independently with limited communication to other team members * While hours can be semi-flexible, it's required that you attend meetings and training during standard business hours (8am-5pm MST) * You'll need to be comfortable reaching out with questions and concerns to your project leadership team * You'll move between projects frequently with different project roles, so you must be able to quickly pick up on new rules and new processes **Qualifications** * Data entry skills with excellent attention to detail * Strong communication and critical thinking skills * Ability to be a self-starter * Strong computer skills * High school diploma or GED equivalent required **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and procedures **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a healthcare setting or with patient data management * Familiarity with MPI Clean-up Services or similar data management processes * Certification in a related field, such as Health Information Management (HIM) or Medical Records Administration (MRA) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
