**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for:
* **Donor Processing**: Accurately and promptly enter donations into the donor database, ensuring adherence to donor intent. This includes:
+ Entering new donations into the database
+ Updating existing donor records
+ Ensuring data accuracy and consistency
* **Fundraising Support**: Collaborate with the Development team to generate lists and reports from the donor database as needed. This includes:
+ Creating and managing donor lists
+ Generating reports on donor activity
+ Providing data insights to inform fundraising strategies
* **Additional Duties**: Be ready to assist with various tasks as assigned, including:
+ Data entry for other projects and initiatives
+ Providing administrative support to the Development team
+ Participating in team meetings and discussions
**What You Bring**
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring:
* **Education**: A High School diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
* **Experience**: At least one year of data entry experience is required; familiarity with multi-site development and fundraising tasks is preferred.
* **Technical Skills**: Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with donor database software is highly desirable.
* **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work well with others.
