What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and administrative support. Here's what you can expect in this role:

Data Management and Entry


Accurate Data Entry: Systematically enter and maintain site database information within assigned timelines, ensuring 100% accuracy in all data inputs
Database Maintenance: Regularly update and verify database records, ensuring information remains current and accessible
Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on entered data to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors
Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic files and records in accordance with established protocols


Administrative Support


Clerical Support: Provide comprehensive clerical support for Investigator Services, including faxing documents, filing, and document routing
Order Management: Handle order supplies efficiently, tracking inventory and coordinating with appropriate departments
Report Request Processing: Resond promptly to report requests received via fax or email, ensuring timely delivery to internal and external stakeholders
Correspondence: Assist with drafting and formatting various documents as needed


Communication and Professionalism


Phone Etiquette: Maintain professional phone etiquette in the English language when communicating with clients, investigators, and team members
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in all interactions, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and external contacts
Time Management: Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

Education and Experience


Educational Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent required
Professional Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, administrative support, or laboratory settings
Industry Background: Previous experience in staffing or technology solutions environments is beneficial but not mandatory

Data Entry Skills: Proven ability to accurately enter data with speed and precision
Computer Literacy: Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
