As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality data entry and word processing services to support our client's mission of enhancing public services and promoting sustainable resource management. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual with a passion for data entry and word processing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform accurate and timely data entry into various databases and systems, including WMS, eMedNY, and TABS * Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Crystal Report Designer, to prepare professional correspondence, forms, and other documents * Maintain confidentiality of all information and follow HIPAA guidelines * Perform general office duties, including filing, answering multi-line telephones, copying, scanning, operating standard office machinery, e-faxing, and opening, distributing, and sending postal mail * Prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum of 6 months' proven experience with WMS, eMedNY, TABS, and Microsoft Office applications * Proven ability to resolve conflicting coding in WMS and eMedNY * Proficiency in and daily use of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel, and Crystal Report Designer * Proof of 35 WPM typing speed * Ability to perform data entry accurately and promptly * Ability to learn new databases and proprietary computer systems * Ability to prepare professional correspondence, forms, or other documents in draft and final form using information obtained in the agency's databases and files * Ability to work well with others, including those with developmental disabilities, in an office environment * Professional verbal and written skills as shown by office experience with previous employers * Ability to prioritize and multi-task * Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information and follow HIPAA guidelines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a community development or public services setting * Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and regulations * Certification in data entry or word processing * Experience with Crystal Report Designer or other reporting software * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint * Familiarity with database management systems and proprietary computer systems * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
