Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with cardmembers and internal stakeholders, demonstrating a clear and concise communication style. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced virtual environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Previous customer service or data entry experience is a plus, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.
