Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Validation Specialist to join our team of professional software and hardware engineers. As a member of our Silicon Validation Crew, you will play a vital role in defining and expanding test coverage to evaluate functional blocks and debug silicon problems. This is a remote, part-time or full-time opportunity, offering a competitive salary of $70,000 per year. Key Responsibilities Define and expand test coverage to evaluate functional blocks and debug silicon problems Write, debug, and integrate new tests for incorporated Wi-Fi chipsets, complex digital interfaces, and power management subsystems Work collaboratively with designers and designers to understand various functional blocks and their use-cases Push functional blocks to their limits and debug problems surfaced during testing Work with other corporations and businesses to push tests down into pre-silicon environments Support product development builds locally and remotely Essential Qualifications Robust understanding of SAC/FAGAN architecture and silicon micro-structure Enjoy writing basic embedded software program exercises and test scripts Experience with hardware/software interaction Strong virtual common sense basics, including timing evaluation, state-machine debug, and/or VIL/VERILOG test-bench development experience Familiarity with high-speed memory structures and communication interfaces Suitable understanding of MAC + protocol specifications for digital interfaces Enjoy crafting tests to target unique portions of silicon designs and virtual interconnects Hands-on debug experience with utilization of modern lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers) Familiarity with interpreting and navigating schematics and layouts Strong desire to deep-dive machine-level problems and drive issues to closure in a team-based environment with a proactive demeanor Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a team environment with a diverse set of backgrounds (e.g., cellular modems, connectivity solutions, tool drivers, CPU's and caching, kernel programming, embedded systems) Knowledge of pre-silicon environments and test development Experience with product development builds and support Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
