Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Supply Chain Management Professional to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our logistics and supply chain management team, you will be responsible for overseeing store network processes, ensuring stock flow through the delivery organization and fulfillment centers, and analyzing data from various partners to streamline and improve network efficiencies. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying areas of opportunity to improve administration levels, supporting the development of new approaches to working, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Oversee store network processes and guarantee stock flow through the delivery organization and fulfillment centers by coordinating goal and answering heightening of day-to-day issues. Analyze data from various partners to smooth out and improve network efficiencies, giving information to the provider compliance process stream, and investigating and analyzing root cause of day-to-day and raised exceptions concerning shipping, receiving, stock, and return-related issues. Lead performance audits of marketing division, distribution centers, and providers, and provide proposals for corrective action to key partners. Streamline supply chain performance by determining and supporting a stream way channel from provider to store to best fit sales, in-stock, and profit measurements. Collaborate with partners in accordance with store network management to ensure sales, in-stock, stock, productivity, and strategy objectives are accomplished, and follow the development and appearance of merchandise across the store network. Identify order exceptions, disruptions, and supply chain imperatives that will affect supply chain performance, and create and implement a goal. Impact field-level leadership and provide direction to the execution of tasks by acting as a contact for the field and conveying operational assumptions to providers and carriers. Address performance-related issues with partners, address stream management questions and concerns, and identify best practices and instruct teams on variation and execution regarding these best practices. Oversee supply chain stream process improvement efforts by contributing to the plan, development, and delivery of better approaches for working between supply chain partners. Introduce better approaches for working endeavors and continuous improvement proposals to authority, focus on item stream plan goals, and ensure stream plans are reachable. Essential Qualifications Experience in data mining/data analysis, with a strong understanding of SQL, BigQuery, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau/Tableau Prep in accordance with data analysis. Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify areas of opportunity, and develop and implement process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide direction to the execution of tasks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address performance-related issues with partners. Preferred Qualifications Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with a strong understanding of store network processes and supply chain efficiencies. Knowledge of lean principles and cost reduction strategies, with the ability to identify areas of opportunity to improve administration levels and support the development of new approaches to working. Experience with project management, with the ability to contribute to the plan, development, and delivery of better approaches for working between supply chain partners.
