**Your Role in Our Mission**

As a Data Entry / Mail Room Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our high-volume workflow. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Accurately processing confidential documents with a high degree of accuracy and speed
* Completing assignments with minimal supervision and escalating issues as needed
* Complying with all contract requirements, business rules, and legal regulations
* Prioritizing and resolving routine issues independently, following team guidance
* Contributing actively to team performance and productivity goals
* Following clear direction from leadership and contributing beyond general support levels

**What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 1–2 years of experience in data entry, mail room, or a related administrative role
* Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word; 10-key number pad proficiency preferred
* Ability to work accurately and quickly while maintaining required speed
* Strong attention to detail, with capacity to interpret moderately complex documents
* Adaptability to shifting priorities and minimal supervision

* A fully remote, work-from-home position with a fixed shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST

**Compensation and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $28,500.00 - $40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
