Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient management of documents and data. As a Data Entry and Mail Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and forms internally. Key Responsibilities

Receive, open, sort, scan, and distribute mail and forms internally, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the relevant departments
Direct outgoing mail to the Mail Center, adhering to established procedures and protocols
Follow established procedures to handle and distribute cash, checks, certified mail, registered mail, and returned mail, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and security
Prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information from mail, forms, and applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain databases, performing data entry and updates as required, and ensuring data integrity and consistency
Provide internal preparation of applications, preparing and delivering documentation to the Imaging Center as needed
Offer assistance and support to the department, performing a variety of service and support functions to ensure seamless operations
Demonstrate good computer skills and data entry/typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:

A High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in administrative support and data management
At least 1 year of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to actively listen, ask meaningful probing questions, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels
