Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and data entry, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. You will work closely with our customer listening team to handle the end-to-end voice of the customer process, which includes designing and programming customer experience surveys, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive business decisions.
