Key Responsibilities Input and maintain accurate data in various databases and systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Review and verify data for completeness and correctness, identifying and resolving discrepancies as necessary. Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity and reliability. Complete form filling tasks promptly and efficiently, adhering to deadlines and productivity targets. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure effective communication and support for data-related projects. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements related to data entry tasks. Essential and Preferred Qualifications arenaflex is looking for candidates with the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. Proficient in data entry with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and other data management tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with data management systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. Working Hours and Availability This is a flexible remote position; however, candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Availability for occasional overtime may be required based on workload.
