Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Recognize potential opportunities to address business issues through analytics, large data analytics, and automation Develop and maintain business cases and proposals, and possess delivery of project action and tasks assigned Analyze source system data to determine data relationships, plan develops, consistency, and quality, and integrate data into existing actual data models Define social tables, essential and foreign keys, and stored procedures to create a data model design Provide data solutions that are accurate, reliable, and easy to access for end-users Maintain the data quality and data integrity of the data in association with data engineers and platform leads Give accurate estimates of effort and delivery plans for projects and initiatives, and own and support projects from start to finish Proactively communicate status, issues, and risks to management Collaborate and work with teams across the organization to understand their needs in analytics and create dashboards and reporting to support business capabilities Create processes, and best practices, implement projects, and ensure business needs are being met, and investigate business and production issues Essential Qualifications BS/MS in software engineering or any engineering discipline, statistics, Information systems 5+ years of active experience working with large, complex, and diverse datasets in enterprise-scale data warehousing, or potentially data engineering environments 5 years of experience in designing, implementing ETL/ELT pipelines to deliver data with quality, and required experience with Python or comparable technologies Experience with modeling tools like ERWIN, Visio 5+ years of experience working with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, Hadoop, Google BigQuery, DataPlex, Amazon Redshift, Hive, etc. Experience with reporting tools like Tableau or potentially Looker is required Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow, Digdag is required Preferred Qualifications Experience with CI/CD cycles and tools like Jenkins and Expert Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, GIT, and workflow management tools Experience working with cloud-based technologies and Big Data systems Solid understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data quality using tools like Collibra Someone with marketing data is preferred Openness to insightful trends, machine learning, and data science is preferred Experience with building logical solutions relevant to Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing business units Experience implementing functional best practices, such as monitoring, alerting, approval, and exemption handling Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
