Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients. Design and develop applications for internal clients, ensuring data integrity and suitability. Evaluate data needs for assigned projects, determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions, presenting findings and recommendations to internal clients and stakeholders. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to internal clients. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: bolthires Access, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Transact SQL, and MS SQL Server. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to internal clients and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad), Hadoop, Oracle, and Crystal Reporting. Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying information structures.Development database languages, such as Oracle PLSQL. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
