About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Analyst to join our Compliance Group within the Human Resources/HR Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. This is a full-time remote opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $24 and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Compliance team and tasks with responsibilities to include acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint freedom letters Maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance Collaborate with clients and teams consistently Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience in a similar field. You should also possess knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and be familiar with the TSA Clearinghouse database. Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup. You should also have experience with advanced Access skills and be able to interpret large sets of data to create meaningful reports. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are also essential.
