Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, data analysis, identification of incomplete or inaccurate data, source follow-up, and development of orders. Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and speed, meeting productivity and efficiency standards
Analyze data to identify incomplete or inaccurate information and follow up with sources as necessary
Develop and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients
Conduct research to support investigative operations, using various databases and resources
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Fast and accurate typing skills, with a minimum of 50 words per minute
Trustworthy character and professional behavior, with a strong work ethic and reliability
Positive attitude and team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to clear a background check, as required by arenaflex
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications and experiences are considered a plus for this position:
Legal office experience or knowledge of dockets, criminal cases, court research, and/or the court system
Data entry experience with accuracy and speed, productivity/efficiency measurements, or high-pressure/stress environments with deadlines
Familiarity with FCRA and/or hiring regulations related to employment screening or background checks
Office administration and/or executive assistant experience, with skills in order entry, processing, or development
Research experience, with the ability to analyze and interpret data, and draw meaningful conclusions
