* Locate and extract data from various sources to support analytics and science initiatives
* Clean and curate datasets by identifying new data sources, collaborating with stakeholders, and aggregating perspectives into meaningful hierarchies
* Develop and maintain data pipelines using ETL/ELT patterns and Python, SAS, or other relevant programming languages
* Troubleshoot reporting database environments and optimize data performance
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data solutions that meet business needs
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering, analytics, and science
* Mentor and train junior team members in data engineering and analytics skills
**What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)**
* 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field
* Proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT patterns
* Proficiency in Python, SAS, or other relevant programming languages
* Ability to troubleshoot reporting database environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Self-starter with a resilient, solution-minded approach to complex problems
* Consistently prioritizes data security and protection of self, others, and personal information
* Embraces diverse perspectives, thinking, and styles
* Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

* Previous airline experience
