About the Role We're seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our innovative team, where you'll play a critical role in developing and delivering software that makes us an essential part of our customers' digital lives. Key Responsibilities Develop, deploy, and operate relational database programs across development, test, and production environments Design and implement effective test cases that are integrated into CI/CD pipelines Build observability capabilities into solutions to enable the rapid identification of root causes for failures in time-sensitive processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and performance of SQL-based systems Contribute to the development of cloud-based solutions using public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 2-3 years of experience in developing, deploying, and operating relational database programs Proven experience in creating effective test cases and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines 2+ years of experience with SQL and scalability Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Public Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) Experience with data engineering and data architecture Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to supporting our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that promote their holistic well-being.
