Develop and maintain custom visualization tools that provide insights into customer service metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making. Design adaptable data structures that can evolve with changes in source data or business processes, demonstrating strong data modeling skills. Write clean, supportable code in Python or Scala, with a strong focus on data quality and advanced SQL skills.
