Job Overview The Data Architect and Information Specialist will be responsible for supporting the design, build, test, and maintenance of data pipelines at a large scale. This will involve working with various data sources, ensuring data quality, and providing Level 3 support for data-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software engineering, database systems, and distributed systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Design, build, test, and maintain large-scale data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity Work with various data sources, including cloud-based and on-premise systems Provide Level 3 support for data-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex problems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the generation of data-driven insights and business value Develop and implement data architecture and engineering solutions, including data warehousing, ETL, and data governance Ensure data security, compliance, and privacy, adhering to industry standards and regulations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or a related field Strong technical skills in software engineering, database systems, and distributed systems Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience with data architecture and engineering tools, including data warehousing, ETL, and data governance Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and technologies Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, including Git Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy principles and regulations Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
