Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data and Analytics Visualization Manager to join our North America Digital Services team.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and presenting complex data insights to drive business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data and Analytics Leads, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Enable data analysis, insights, and visualizations for the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) as part of the Platform Management Digital Services Product Delivery team Collaborate with Data and Analytics Leads, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions Analyze and action against multiple data sources (both proprietary and partnered sources) Become a super-user of dashboards, datasets, and models created and published by data engineers and analysts Support data products and projects in delivering new analytics visualization solutions, acting as needed, and assisting with testing and user stories to ensure we deliver high-quality data and insights to our customers Conduct business and data analysis to assess performance and inform strategy, ensuring that data plays a critical role in building insights and capabilities for overall evaluation and planning Extract additional value from analytics by serving as a champion of data and insights to enable and drive adoption of self-service analytics across organization-wide capabilities Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, combined with a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Experience with various tools used for data visualization, with an emphasis on PowerBI capabilityThe ability to create clear insights from complex data A passion for learning and developing emerging trends and technologies that drive further insight value Proven ability to sift through data, perform analysis, identify key information, and develop strategic recommendations Experience working with integrated processes and teams Familiarity with internal and external data, such as Nielsen, marketplace, performance, volume, and revenue Experience manipulating large datasets and creating insights using SQL, Alteryx, and bolthires Analytics Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:Advanced degree in business or a related field Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts Experience with data storytelling and presentation Certification in data visualization or a related field Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools Strong business acumen and understanding of business operationsCareer Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.As a Data and Analytics Visualization Manager, you will have the opportunity to: Work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for data-driven decision making Develop your skills and expertise in data visualization and analytics Take on new challenges and responsibilities as you grow in your career Participate in training and development programs to help you achieve your career goals Work Environment and Company Culture At arenaflex, we are proud of our company culture and work environment.We offer: A collaborative and dynamic work environment A diverse and inclusive workplace Opportunities for professional growth and development A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off A flexible work arrangement, including remote work optionsCompensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $35-$40 per year, depending on experience.
