As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Data Analyst on our Transportation Analytics crew, you'll be responsible for: * Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and provide critical insights to inform business decisions * Developing data visualizations to communicate complex information and quantify the impact of changes and challenges * Engaging with cross-functional teams to establish credibility and drive business outcomes * Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and improve efficiency * Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration **Key Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manage data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience) * Creativity and a user experience (UX) focus to design impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience) * Business operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and root-cause business problems (ideally with a supply chain or transportation background) * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, advanced experience with SQL and Tableau, as well as experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations, would be a significant asset.
