As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing reporting solutions, analyzing complex data sets, and presenting findings to internal stakeholders. If you're a detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs. * Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translate results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings. * Design and develop packages for internal clients. * Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods. * Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions. * Troubleshoot technical issues. * Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad). * Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.). * Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle. * Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL. * Crystal Reporting experience preferred. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time.
