**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in extracting and analyzing data from our ERPs (SAP, iVend, Lightspeed) to provide actionable insights, optimize inventory management, and drive efficient purchasing decisions. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Extract and generate detailed reports from SAP, iVend, Lightspeed, and other ERP systems to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
* Compare sales orders against purchase orders to identify areas for improvement and optimize purchasing decisions.
* Analyze data from multiple store locations to identify top-selling inventory and recommend restocking strategies to maximize sales.
* Review underperforming inventory in stores and provide actionable insights for creating discounts or promotional deals to drive sales.
* Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and historical data to ensure accurate stock levels.
* Categorize and analyze Vape and Smoke shop inventory to identify emerging product trends and recommend future purchases to stay ahead of the competition.
* Create dashboards and visualizations in Excel or other tools to present data insights effectively to stakeholders.
* Maintain accuracy and integrity of data by regularly auditing reports and ERP data entries to ensure data quality.
