About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our Content Material Operations & Innovation Organisation. As an intern, you'll work closely with our Netfx team, a developing go-functional visual consequences (VFX) initiative that optimizes the pairing of skills to responsibilities to execute a high volume of global paintings. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with senior team members to develop strategic pricing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analysis of current transactional, digital marketplaces
Study and examine industry developments and competitive landscapes for global marketplaces
Offer insights and hints based on market analysis to aid strategic decision-making
Collaborate with senior team members to plot and refine aggressive pricing techniques
Help in developing financial models to evaluate business performance and assess capability situations
Contribute to forecasting and budgeting procedures to assist financial planning efforts
Collaborate with teams across departments to recognize business
Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations
Essential Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with a strong passion for working in the entertainment industry and a keen interest in global marketplace evaluation and platform experience. You should have:
A strong understanding of computers and familiarity with software programs, including Google Suite (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative to work independently
Attention to detail and the ability to practice true judgment
A willingness to learn new technology and workflows
The ability to maintain confidentiality and utmost discretion while being privy to sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with a strong academic background in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or data science. You should have:
A strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
A strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes
Experience working with senior team members to develop strategic pricing techniques
