**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Netfx Crew, a developing go-functional visual consequences (VFX) initiative that optimizes the pairing of skills to responsibilities to execute a high volume of global productions. As an intern, you'll play a vital role in facilitating departmental wishes and participating in a program that offers training and improvement to equip you with the skills necessary to become a strong candidate for future entry-level positions in enterprise analytics.
**Responsibilities**
As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for conducting a comprehensive evaluation of current transactional, digital marketplaces. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting thorough analysis of industry developments and competitive landscapes for global marketplaces
* Providing insights and hints based on market evaluation to aid strategic decision-making
* Collaborating with senior team members to plot and refine aggressive pricing techniques
* Helping to develop financial models to evaluate business performance and assess capability situations
* Contributing to forecasting and budgeting procedures to assist financial planning efforts
* Collaborating with teams across departments to recognize business opportunities
* Participating in meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* An interest in working within the entertainment industry
* A passion for global marketplace evaluation and platform (customer/setter) experience
* The ability to live in the L. location during the internship (relocation and housing guide will be provided, if applicable)
* Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with software programs, including Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel)
* Collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated and able to take initiative to work independently
* Attention to detail and ability to practice true judgment
* Curiosity about learning new technology and workflows
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and utmost discretion while being privy to sensitive information
