Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to help drive business decisions. Analyze customer behavior (e.g., type preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities. Predict content engagement to help guide acquisition decisions. Optimize the content launch and episode release methodology. Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention. Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both tactical and strategic navigation. Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward. Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field. At least 2 years of Data Analysis experience. Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and/or Python. Experience in statistical analysis and machine learning methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving unstructured problems. Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field. A passion for Media and Entertainment.
