Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analytical techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning, to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions. Analyze client behavior, such as type preferences and viewing patterns, to identify unmet client needs and untapped content opportunities. Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions and optimize content launch and episode release strategies. Test marketing strategies to streamline engagement and retention. Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic navigation. Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to help drive business forward. Effectively communicate significant outcomes through compelling data storytelling across the organization. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in data analysis. Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and/or Python. Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, such as decision trees, regression, and clustering. Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems. Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
