About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to drive success in our organization. As an Information Investigator II, you'll play a vital role in the execution, optimization, and standardization of our expense and asset distribution models. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing, analyzing, and documenting data that supports our internal operations, resourcing, and cost assignments. Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal teams and functional partners. Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization. Assist in maintaining inner business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning. Collaborate with different data frameworks to deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports that support business needs, research, and resolve metrics-based issues. Document work processes connected to key cycles, data collection, and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes. Work closely with Information Draftsmen and framework architects to support documentation and implementations of database plans. Construct strategic decision-making structures and write scripts that help automate and expand our operations. Refine insights from data and craft compelling messaging for executive audiences. Support Arranging and Conveyance Activities with ad-hoc demands from our partners. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, or Computer Science. 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data engineering, or related technical fields. Proficiency in data and data manipulation software, such as R, SQL, Python, and experience building dashboards using tools like Scene, Looker, Airtable, or Smartsheet. A strong understanding of social database design and functionality. Excellent math and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications To stand out as an ideal candidate, you'll have: Demonstrated experience as a self-starter, with strong strategic fitness, unwavering discernment, and exceptional communication skills. Successful collaboration and time management skills. The ability to step back and grasp the big picture, with a strong capacity to formulate and convey complex ideas. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience working with engineering delivery teams to analyze technical concepts. Familiarity with tools like Excel, Smartsheet, or AirTable.
