Job Summary As a Data Analyst - DTSM, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns. You will work closely with the Digital Technology team to design and develop data-driven solutions that improve business outcomes. Your primary focus will be on translating data into actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive growth. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends and patterns Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and develop solutions Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track business performance Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth Work with the Digital Technology team to design and develop data-driven solutions Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Experience with databases, data systems, and data analytics tools, such as SQL, Python, or R Understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics Certification in data analytics, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure What We Offer United Airlines offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive salary and bonus structure Comprehensive health insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career growth and professional development Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Access to United Airlines' employee travel benefits Career Growth Opportunities At United Airlines, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
