About the Role: Experienced Data Analyst We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Data Analyst at Blue Orange Digital, you'll work closely with clients to design, build, scale, and maintain production data validation systems and platforms. If you're passionate about data analytics, modern data practices, and patterns, and have a strong background in SQL and data analysis technologies, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define data source, accuracy, and validation requirements, ensuring seamless data integration and analysis. Inform and assist in building data models, transformations, validation tests, and other data-related projects, driving business growth and insights. Extract, analyze, and model data from source systems, identifying trends and patterns that inform business decisions. Evolve the data architecture with technical and business teams, ensuring a scalable and efficient data infrastructure. Deliver value within an Agile environment, constantly iterating and improving data validation systems and platforms. Essential Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, with a proven track record of driving business insights and growth. Expert-level skills in SQL, statistical analysis, data validation, and visualization, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact with others using sound judgment and a steady professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. BA or BS degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., computer science, statistics), with a strong foundation in data analysis and problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Financial Services industry , specifically corporate loan processing, risk, and compliance reporting. Familiarity with modern data analysis technologies and patterns, including data exploration and modeling, conformance/compliance validation, and data visualization. What We Offer: Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $114,000 - $132,000 per year ($9,500 - $11,000 per month), reflecting the value we place on your skills and experience.
