As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing complex data cycles and arrangements to drive informed business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key business issues, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate results to various stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and execute data cycles and arrangements related to various data sources to empower informed business decisions * Gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources * Develop data-driven solutions from initial concept to production, communicating results to a wide range of audiences * Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board, leveraging understanding of the business strategy and available data for analysis * Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation * Guide less experienced staff, working in cross-functional projects and presenting to the board **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics * Five (5) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis * Proficient in analysis software and applications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong written and oral communication skills **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry * Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis * Microsoft Office * Microsoft Power BI * Alteryx * Python/R * Automation * Income Information * Basic Accounting Information * Proficient in analysis software and applications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong written and oral communication skills **About Working at arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a competitive benefits package to our employees.
