As a key member of our Business Intelligence and Insights team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute existing data analysis and reporting tasks (30%) + Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making + Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Use data analysis tools and techniques to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests (20%) + Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyze complex data sets + Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders + Collaborate with data engineers to develop and maintain data pipelines and architectures * Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence (20%) + Develop and maintain high-quality data visualizations, reports, and dashboards + Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and relevance + Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness * Foster additional technical skills and domain expertise within the team (20%) + Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies + Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative approaches + Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to drive innovation and improvement * Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the bigger picture (10%) + Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions + Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness **Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports** This position reports to a Supervisor and has no immediate reports. **Travel Requirements** Regularly requires occasional travel under 10% of the time. **Physical Demands** Mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position, with continuous opportunity to move about. Occasionally may require standing, walking, or lifting light objects. **Working Conditions** Located in a comfortable indoor environment.
