Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Workflow Systems Specialist to design and expand critical workflow tooling at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and workflow systems. You will be responsible for developing key metrics, recommending policy changes, and delivering action plans to all levels of leadership. Your expertise in data visualization, statistics, and analytics will enable you to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to stakeholders Design and implement iterative dashboard layouts, gathering feedback and improving end products Characterize the current state of the workflow, profiling complex systems, documenting them, and identifying areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive workflow initiatives and translate insights into wins Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports Write complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst Solid working knowledge of Analytics: visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) Ability to turn research into insight: develop key metrics, recommend policy changes, and deliver action plans to all levels of leadership Advanced Tableau developer skills Capable SQL person: aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience are preferred: Familiarity with Software Development Analytics: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software transport Experience in Software Development: knowledge of build pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and the transport of code Product Ownership: experience driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics Project management: experience planning and driving efforts, working across associate groups towards a unified goal Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
