Job Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Supporting the development and execution of key initiatives in the advertisements framework improvement Collecting and analyzing data to make informed decisions that shape critical business choices Driving yield optimization across Chewy Advertisements offsite network Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and promotion operations to shape and support the improvement of product releases and operational cycles Owning the creation and ongoing management of business and framework dashboards Influencing data analysis and learned domain expertise of the advertisements framework to identify and address income-generating highlights and undertakings Becoming the primary point of contact for all promotions groups to respond to complex questions that require a start-to-finish understanding of the production framework Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A professional education in a significant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, etc.) 3+ years of significant work experience in data analysis, product development, or a related field Prior experience with data visualization products (Tableau or equivalent toolsets) Proven proficiency in SQL, and different data query, data presentation, and ETL approaches and technologies (Snowflake, Airflow, Splunk, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Office 365) Ability to independently take an issue and determine the right steps to structure the question, identify possible courses of inquiry, helpful results, and present distilled results to a range of audiences from junior to C-level executives Solid understanding of marketing and digital advertising Client-first mindset and passion for delivering the best start-to-finish experience Comfort working in a matrixed organization and with large cross-functional groups Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with Search advertisements and e-commerce performance marketing (e.g., Search ads (Google, Bing, etc.), Social (Meta, Tiktok, etc.), Display (DSP, RTB exchanges)) Experience with publisher yield management Past work with engineering groups building auction-based advertisements frameworks Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Passion for data-driven insights and customer support excellence Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Chewy, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
