Job Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and documenting data that supports the company's internal operations, resourcing, and cost assignments. You will work closely with various teams, including Global Program Operations, Portfolio, Strategic Planning and Analysis, Finance, and Engineering management. Key Responsibilities

Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to internal teams and functional partners
Support the coordination of high-priority projects that standardize and optimize financial cycles across the organization
Support internal business workflows, such as management costing, workforce management, and resource planning
Work with various data systems and provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and resolve metrics-based issues
Document workflows related to key processes, data collection, and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
Collaborate with Data Architects and system architects to support documentation and implementations of database designs
Develop strategic decision-making frameworks and write scripts that help automate and scale processes
Gifted in refining insights from data and crafting and creating compelling messaging for executive audiences
Support Planning and Delivery Operations with ad-hoc requests from partners


Essential Qualifications

3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data engineering, or technical fields
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, or Computer Science
Experience working with data and data manipulation software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
Understanding of social database design and functionality
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Proven self-starter with strong strategic acumen, unwavering judgment, and excellent communication and direction skills
Successful collaboration and time management skills
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to step back and grasp the big picture
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work with engineering delivery teams to discuss technical concepts
Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, or AirTable


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools
Certification in data analysis or a related field
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
