Work with members of Stage and Services teams to guide them towards better decision-making from available data
Advance data and insights by managing communications with partners and different groups, collaborating with colleagues to complete data projects, and ensuring all parties can utilize the insights to move forward
Maintain a customer-driven focus while being a space and product expert through data, foster trust among peers, and ensure that teams and projects have access to data to decide
Manage ambiguous issues and adapt tools to address complex questions
Identify trade-offs between speed and quality of various approaches
Develop scientific methods to measure team accomplishment by collaborating with teams to establish progress metrics, create ways to track data, and analyze errors
Operationalize data cycles to provide partners with ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
2+ years of experience in a customer web business, or in a high-speed, high-growth product or team
Expert SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R
Experience using data to create insights and drive business results
Familiarity with data analysis and communication around data, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining the KPI strategy for your business
Excellent collaborative person with the ability to maintain relationships
Bachelor's degree
