Job Overview The Endorser Lifecycle Investigation group at arenaflex is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive subscriber growth. As a Data Analyst and Information Investigator, you will play a critical role in estimating, understanding, and mitigating subscriber churn across arenaflex's portfolio of online services. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization will help identify key trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business strategies and drive retention efforts. Key Responsibilities Translate complex business questions into SQL queries, including accurate cohorting, measurements, filtering criteria, and aggregations Communicate complex patterns and drivers to a wide range of stakeholders with varying technical expertise, from functional teams to executive audiences, through oral presentations and written reports Collaborate with other Analysis teams to analyze retention performance of key business initiatives across content, engagement, and marketing areas Build and maintain operational dashboards in Tableau and Looker to track performance over time, enable effective exploratory analysis, and provide partners with self-serve tools Partner closely with business stakeholders (Product, Business Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improved subscriber retention Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field Advanced analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations Ability to think strategically, analyze and interpret first- and third-party data Experience working with large datasets and interpreting data patterns using multiple disparate data sources and tools Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Strong analytical and technical skills to tackle problems, investigate the root cause, quickly develop potential solutions, detail the changes, and communicate organizational impact Proven experience in detailing data requirements, data methodology, data rules (normalization, cleansing, and validation) Preferred Qualifications Experience in the streaming media industry or supporting a direct-to-consumer or subscription-based product Experience presenting and contributing to data stories that are communicated to key stakeholders Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
