Key Responsibilities Provide security guidance to application and DevOps teams to remediate security vulnerabilities, risk items, and policy exceptions. Deliver training for clients on the use of key cybersecurity frameworks and automated conditions. Identify cybersecurity issues, design solutions, recommend software and systems, and guide enhancements in a systematic way to meet business requirements. Manage quick response and support to production program issues. Collaborate with production analysts to identify defects and complete testing. Test and implement system upgrades using methods that safeguard system integrity. Troubleshoot to maintain systems, manage acceleration issues, and ensure standard functionality. Research potential imperfections and complete fixes. Implement feature changes to support business objectives. Maintain established processes and standards to ensure quality and quantity of work. Collaborate and lead communication within internal and cross-functional teams to achieve goals. May perform other work obligations as directed by Employee's Chiefs. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in cybersecurity, with experience working in an Agile environment. Some of the key qualifications we're looking for include: Knowledge of Agile best practices. Experience with at least one existing component in the value pipeline, such as PingFederate, eDirectory, Dynamic Registry, CyberArk, or Micro Focus IDM. Proficiency in at least one scripting and development language, such as Python, Go, or JavaScript. Skilled in at least one cloud computing technology and its concepts, such as AWS. Experience with infrastructure as-code (IaC) development (Terraform, CloudFormation, or comparable) and automated configuration management using configuration as-code (CaC) development (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or comparable). Skilled in implementing cybersecurity-specific unit tests for components. Experience with execution, logging, and cybersecurity monitoring tools. Strong communication, collaboration, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
