As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering results-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customs Trade Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, transporters, intermediaries, government agencies, and management at all levels. * Processing and arranging customs clearance for shipments, utilizing data from various sources, including databases, SOPs, duty books, web, and customs documentation. * Maintaining and updating all shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. * Collaborating with internal staff, divisions, other blithequark activities, and clients to deliver a high level of service and support. * Processing organizational financier shipments and handling distant filings as required. * Ensuring adherence to all organizational and operational strategies, policies, and procedures. * Performing other duties as assigned by management. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. * High School Certificate or GED required. * No industry experience is necessary, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred. * Proficiency in data entry and computer skills is essential. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet tight deadlines. * Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other office equipment, including telephone, fax, scanner, printer, and scanner. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field is an asset. * Familiarity with various software systems and reference materials. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, transporters, intermediaries, government agencies, and management at all levels. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player who collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other office equipment, including telephone, fax, scanner, printer, and scanner. * Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet tight deadlines. * Familiarity with various software systems and reference materials. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
