You'll have the opportunity to learn about property management, HOAs, and our powerful accounting software, while developing your skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. This is a full-time hourly role, with the option to work from our Clearwater, Florida or Knoxville, TN offices or remotely, while also being hybrid eligible. **Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone-based tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues * Utilize our support desk system to track and manage customer interactions, while maintaining accurate records and documentation * Develop a deep understanding of our accounting software and property management solutions, with the ability to explain complex systems to customers * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, while sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * 2 years of experience in a contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ZenDesk, with experience in accounting and/or property management terminology a plus * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to de-escalate customer issues * Proven multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work in an omnichannel environment * Independent problem-solving skills, with a mindset for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues * Ability to work in the US without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with accounting and/or property management software * Familiarity with HOA property management terminology and concepts * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment **Culture and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a best-run company, both internally and for our customers.
