**Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Video Chat App Support and Community Engagement**

**In this role, you'll:**
* Respond to, manage, and organize customer inquiries from various sources, including the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, email submissions, and Instagram.
* Actively use our video chat app to gain product expertise, which you'll apply every time you help a customer with a question, concern, or issue.
* Collect user feedback and share insights with our Product and other teams to drive continuous improvement.
* Work between 20 and 29 hours a week, including Saturdays, depending on our Support team's needs.
**Ideally, you have:**
* A passion for providing exceptional customer support and a desire to become a product expert.
* Experience supporting consumer products, with a plus for supporting business products.
* The ability to identify and understand customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
* A positive, warm, and friendly attitude.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
* A flexible work schedule that allows you to work Saturdays and during other off-hours/non-business times as needed.
