Job Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of the Worldwide Arrangement Methodology and Projects (GDSP) team, specifically within the Private Estimating Projects and Experiences (3PX) group. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze customer requests, identify recurring themes and pain points in the customer experience, and drive continuous improvements. You will also respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, provide business reviews to key stakeholders, and contribute to the development of short-term and long-term solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and apply the fundamentals of the Confidential Valuing System to become a subject matter expert for customer service
Analyze customer support data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the customer experience
Respond to customer inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in accordance with team SOPs, quality metrics, and SLAs
Deliver business reviews to key partners, providing insights and metrics that inform strategic decisions
Offer recommendations for short-term customer solutions while contributing to long-term, scalable solutions that drive business growth
Contribute to process improvements through automation, effective measurement, assessment, and communication to enhance functional performance


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of direct customer support experience, with a proven track record of identifying and reporting patterns to drive measurable results for complex sales or sales support organizations
