Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, your primary focus will be on providing positive customer experiences through timely and efficient responses to incoming calls and queries. Your responsibilities will include: Actively listening to and probing callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of their calls, ensuring that their concerns are addressed with empathy and understanding. Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate way, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems. Delivering swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, with a relentless focus on creating great customer experiences that reflect the values of blithequark. Resolving issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout the process. Qualifications and Requirements To qualify for this rewarding role, you will need: The ability to work 2nd shift (4p-12a) and every other weekend (8a-8p), demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to meeting the needs of our customers during critical hours. A high school diploma, providing a foundational level of education that will be built upon through our comprehensive training programs. At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting, where you have developed the skills and competencies necessary to provide exceptional support to patients and their families.
