The Role

Key Responsibilities

Triage general questions and emergency assistance, identifying situations that require escalation to product support or dedicated day travel managers
Ensure a seamless customer experience, providing warm handovers to dedicated teams when necessary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success and improve the overall customer experience
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
At least 3 months of experience with arenaflex and Sabre experience
A proven track record of success and a willingness to take on new challenges
An interest in driving technological advancement and innovation in the SME business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
