About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to provide top-tier support to our customers. As a key member of our fully remote team, you'll be responsible for helping customers navigate and succeed with our software. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, troubleshooting issues, and offering expert advice to help customers grow their vacation rental businesses. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to our platform, using your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams, following up as needed to ensure that concerns are addressed and improvements are made Identify and document software bugs or issues, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts and helping us refine our product Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on new features, updates, and best practices, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible support to our customers What Makes You a Great Fit?
