About the Role As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in assisting both external customers and internal teammates with a variety of requests, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues efficiently. This contract-to-permanent position offers a unique chance to work in a positive and supportive environment, with a schedule that includes Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, fully onsite, and one remote weekend day per month. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from customers, providing assistance with tasks such as order support, inquiries, service explanations, and billing or financially related needs. Support internal colleagues with booking travel and logistics needs, ensuring timely and efficient arrangements. Communicate important client needs and updates to relevant parties, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Provide resolution to a variety of customer inquiries and issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Utilize multiple internal software systems to log notes, assist callers, and complete reporting, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience within corporate customer service or call center environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Experience in administration, including data entry, calendar management, travel arrangements, minute keeping, and other related tasks. High school diploma required, with additional continuing education preferred, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a consultancy or similar industry, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that arise in this field. Familiarity with internal software systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools, helpdesk software, and other technologies that support customer support operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues.
