Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
Manage arenaflex call volume and address a variety of customer requests, including:
Handling inquiries for Order updates
Providing support for login and password reset requests
Responding to inquiries about Product Lead Times
Answering general questions about arenaflex
Effectively resolving Customer Complaints
Assisting with return requests
Coordinating incoming packages received at the office, printing shipping labels, packing, and coordinating pickups with UPS/FedEx
Communicating with suppliers via phone and email
Scheduling appointments or follow-up calls with customers to obtain sales quotes from our arenaflex Sales Specialists
Provide support for other assigned tasks during periods of low call volume, which may involve:
Assisting with Chat Requests
Responding to Customer Emails
Following up on existing/older arenaflex Orders
Collaborating seamlessly with other arenaflex staff members to ensure a smooth and comprehensive support experience across all communication channels
General Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Typing Skills: Exceptional typing skills, with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to Work Independently and Remotely: You should be able to work independently and remotely
Education: High School Diploma or GED Required. AA/BA Preferred
Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen
Equipment Requirements
You should have access to the following equipment:
PC or Laptop with sufficient processing power and RAM to operate multiple applications and browser tabs/windows concurrently. Operating Systems: Windows 11
Up-to-date anti-virus software installed
USB noise-canceling headset preferred
High-speed, hardwired internet connection (no Wi-Fi or satellite)
