Your responsibilities will include: * Providing timely and effective support to all users of the platform before, during, and after their event * Running regular webinars for event organizers and exhibitors to educate and engage them * Collaborating with the event team to create content for attendees, exhibitors, and organizers * Providing online and/or onsite support for events throughout their duration * Serving as the voice of users to improve the product and enhance the overall user experience **Your Profile** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high level of English and any other language will be appreciated * Prior experience in customer service, support, or project management * Experience and/or interest in tech and events * Excellent interpersonal skills * Collaborative with the ability to work autonomously * Service-oriented & empathetic toward clients * A startup mindset - ready to learn, adapt, and initiate quickly * Passionate, proactive, and involved * Optimistic & calm when under pressure **Swapcard's Interview Process** Our thorough interview process aims to identify exceptional talent to advance our mission while offering you a chance to explore your career potential at arenaflex.
