Key Responsibilities Listen carefully to customers and evaluate their situations to provide appropriate solutions, resolving calls efficiently and effectively. Handle a range of calls, from simple mapping and navigation inquiries to emergency situations, requiring a high degree of empathy and composure. Remain calm and composed under pressure, reassuring and diffusing emotional or difficult calls. Multi-task to find answers while on calls with customers, utilizing available resources and tools. React and respond decisively in emergency situations, prioritizing customer safety and well-being. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Care PRO with Working Solutions, you will need: A caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor, with strong customer service skills, including active listening. The ability to multi-task, finding answers while on calls with customers. Fluency in English, with bilingual contractors welcome if fluent in Spanish or French (in addition to English). Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required. A quiet, uninterrupted workspace during working hours, with a reliable broadband internet connection (at least 10 MBPS). Bilingual contractors will earn a rate of $0.31 per customer interaction minute (with a 48-minute minimum guarantee). Earning potential equivalent to $12.60 - $16.80 per hour (or $14.88 - $18.60 per hour for bilingual contractors). Flexible scheduling opportunities, with client hours of operation open 24x7.
