**Roles & Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Researching, creating, and executing exceptional itineraries for clients, including airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales
* Reviewing individuals' needs and wants for travel to ensure that you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs
* Completing ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel
* Attending ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations
* Becoming an ambassador for the brand and promoting arenaflex's services to clients and partners
* Working alongside other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Providing suggested budgets for clients and reviewing budgets to plan trips according to clients' budget constraints
* Creating promotional materials to utilize and stay up to date on changes within the tourism industry
* Monitoring restrictions on travel that come and go
* Booking travel needs, including airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.
* Effectively communicating with clients pre/post travel and promptly responding to all travel inquiries
* Effectively managing your time when researching trips and communicating with clients
* Handling issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients
* Maintaining up-to-date information within our software
* Networking with tour operators regarding packages that you can possibly offer to clients
* Participating in FAM trips when possible
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work within the US
* Be fluent in English
* Have excellent communication skills and a strong sales background (a plus)
* Have a smartphone with internet access and a laptop (recommended but not required)
* Have personal travel experience (a huge plus, but not required)
* Have previous experience in customer service or hospitality (a plus, but not required)
